Pumpkin Nadezhda

The "Nadezhda" pumpkin variety is a large-fruited type of Cucurbita maxima developed by the Primorsky Vegetable Experimental Station. Fruits of this variety are characterized by significant size, typically weighing from 4 to 10 kilograms, with a round and smooth shape. The skin is light gray in color without any pattern, while the flesh has a rich orange hue. The plant is a vine with large green leaves, typical of this pumpkin type. "Nadezhda" belongs to medium-early maturing varieties with universal use. The pumpkin flesh is dense, crunchy, and not starchy, characterized by high sweetness and low juiciness. The taste of the flesh is unique due to the combination of pineapple and apple notes, making this variety particularly attractive for table use. Due to its structure and taste qualities, the pumpkin is suitable for various culinary purposes. The variety is characterized by good yield and drought resistance, ensuring a stable harvest of marketable fruits. The "Nadezhda" pumpkin is distinguished by high transportability and storage ability, which facilitates its storage and transport. These qualities make this variety a profitable choice for both personal cultivation and commercial production.
