Honshu F1 pumpkin is a high-yielding Kent-type hybrid with a medium-early maturity period of 110-115 days. The plant features a strong, robust vine that retains its green color significantly longer compared to other pumpkin varieties and hybrids. The fruits of this hybrid are large, uniform, slightly flattened-round in shape with a slight ribbing, weighing 4-5 kg. The fruit skin is green with yellowish-brown spots, while the flesh has a rich yellow hue.
