Gribovskaya Zimnyaya is a large-fruited pumpkin with fruits weighing between 1.5 and 5 kg, possessing distinct market and taste qualities. The fruits have a spherical or flattened shape with grey coloring without a pattern and weak segmentation. The pumpkin flesh is bright yellow or reddish-yellow, 3 to 5 cm thick, making it particularly attractive for various culinary purposes.

This variety belongs to late-maturing crops, with a maturity period of 130 to 145 days from germination to harvest. The plant is powerful and determinate, reaching a height of up to 120 cm.
