The taste of the potato is rated as good to excellent, and storability reaches 95%, ensuring long-term storage without quality loss. The yield of the Valentina variety is high and stable: marketable yield ranges from 164 to 281 centners per hectare, with maximum yields up to 305 centners. The number of tubers per plant varies from 6 to 12. The variety is distinguished by low maintenance requirements and resistance to several diseases, including potato scab. It has moderate resistance to late blight affecting both foliage and tubers, although it is susceptible to golden potato cyst nematode. Due to the dense skin of the tubers, the variety exhibits good resistance to mechanical damage, further contributing to crop preservation.
