The Rosagold potato is a medium-ripening table variety with a maturity period of 60 to 90 days, ensuring stable and high yields. Shallow eyes facilitate peeling, and uniform tuber size contributes to high marketability. The average weight of one tuber ranges from 97 to 125 grams, with a starch content of about 14%, making this potato versatile for various culinary uses.

Rosagold is ideal for boiling, frying, baking, and salad preparation due to its universal culinary type AV (BC). The variety exhibits excellent taste qualities and retains its characteristics during long-term storage up to six months without loss of appearance or flavor. To achieve optimal yield, Rosagold should be grown on fertile, loose soils while adhering to standard agronomic practices, including even germination of seed material before planting.
