BURNOVSKY

Potato variety Burnovsky is a medium-ripening table variety intended for cultivation in the Ural region. The plant is characterized by medium to high height, intermediate type, and semi-erect form. Leaves are large, dark green with moderate leaf margin waviness, and the inner side of the flower calyx has moderate anthocyanin pigmentation. Tubers are oval-round, with light beige skin and small eyes, and cream-colored flesh. The marketable tuber mass ranges from 95 to 120 grams, and starch content varies between 14.0–16.5%.
