In technical maturity, they have a dark green or greenish-white hue, while in biological maturity — a rich red or light red color. The wall thickness is 7-8 mm, giving the fruits juiciness and a pleasant crunch. The taste is balanced, sweet, with high sugar and vitamin content, making it an excellent choice for fresh consumption, as well as for preservation and long-term storage. The fruits have good storability and transportability. 'Admiral Ushakov' pepper is drought-tolerant and suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions.
