Pepper Admiral Nakhimov — a medium-maturing hybrid variety, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under cover. The plant is medium-height, reaching 80-90 cm, with a semi-spreading bush type and hanging fruit placement. The maturation period is 115-120 days, allowing for a stable harvest at optimal times.

The pepper fruits are cube-shaped, large, measuring about 15 by 8 cm and weighing 250 to 350 grams. In technical maturity, they are green, while in biological maturity they have a bright red, glossy appearance. The flesh is juicy, 8-9 mm thick, with a strong spicy aroma and excellent taste. High sugar and vitamin content makes this variety particularly valuable for consumers. The pepper is resistant to several diseases, including verticillium wilt, tobacco mosaic virus, and tomato spotted wilt virus, which contributes to plant health and stable yields.

The yield of this variety is 8-9.5 kg per square meter, corresponding to 40-55 tons per hectare when grown in open ground and greenhouses. Pepper Admiral Nakhimov is suitable for fresh consumption, home cooking, canning, freezing, and pickling. Thanks to its dense flesh and resistance to damage, the fruits withstand transportation and long-term storage well, making this variety versatile and convenient for various uses.
