ZDOROVYACHOK

Zdorovyačok pepper is a new high-yield hybrid with a long fruiting period, recommended for cultivation in greenhouses. This variety is characterized by its low maintenance requirements and good adaptation to conditions in the middle belt and northwest regions. Early maturing, the first fruits ripen on day 105-110 after germination, allowing for a quick harvest. The plants are indeterminate, making them suitable for extended cultivation and ensuring stable fruiting over a long period.

The fruits of Zdorovyačok pepper are conical in shape, 3-4-chambered, some with a pointed tip. They have a strong gloss and average weight ranging from 130 to 160 grams. The fruit wall thickness is 6-7 mm, providing good fleshiness and density. Ripe red fruits have very high vitamin C content — 240-250 mg per 100 grams of fresh weight, making them especially beneficial for health.

Zdorovyačok pepper is versatile in application: it is excellent for fresh consumption in salads, as well as for canning, pickling, stuffing, and making relish. The commercial yield of this variety is 10-12 kg per square meter, making it a profitable choice for commercial cultivation and home gardening.
