ZARIA

The plant is characterized by its compact size, reaching about 45-50 cm in height, with strong, well-leafed stems that do not require support or removal of lateral branches. This variety is suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and in open ground, making it versatile for various climatic conditions.

The 'Zaria' pepper fruits are large, weighing from 100 to 130 grams, with a prism-like or oval-conical shape and smooth, thin, shiny skin. In the technical ripening phase, they are yellow or light green, while at full biological maturity, they turn into a rich orange or dark red hue. The flesh of the fruits is juicy, sweet, and aromatic, with a wall thickness of 7 to 10 mm, making them especially tasty and attractive to consumers.

The 'Zaria' variety is distinguished by high yield — 5 to 7 kg per square meter — as well as enhanced storability and good transportability, ensuring fruit preservation during transport and storage. The pepper is recommended for fresh consumption, canning, freezing, and stuffing. The hybrid is resistant to many diseases and temperature stress, simplifying care and increasing yield stability.
