Pepper variety "Siberian Hit" is a low-growing plant reaching up to 50 cm in height, making it convenient for care and cultivation. This variety was developed by Siberian breeders, including Svetlana Viktorovna Ugarov and Vladimir Nikolaevich Dederko, and features a compact, dense bush with green, medium-sized, slightly wrinkled leaves.
The peppers have a cube-like shape and an average weight of 250-350 grams. In technical ripeness, they are green, while in biological ripeness, they are bright red or dark red with thick walls up to 1 cm thick. The fruit surface is smooth and slightly glossy, with 3-4 chambers inside. The variety is characterized by a medium ripening period, allowing fruits to ripen on the plant even under harsh Siberian conditions.
"Siberian Hit" is distinguished by high yield, reaching about 5.8 kg per square meter in open ground. Thanks to its qualities — compactness, resistance to climatic conditions, and large, juicy fruits with thick walls — this variety is an excellent choice for gardeners aiming to obtain tasty and decorative sweet peppers in northern regions.
