Description SINILGA
SINILGA — an original large-fruited sweet pepper variety of Siberian selection, distinguished by its unusual lavender-purple fruit color at technical maturity. This coloration is due to a high content of anthocyanins — natural antioxidants that play an important role in maintaining human health. The fruits are large, prismatic in shape, weighing from 250 to 300 grams, with wall thickness up to 10 mm, ensuring juiciness and fleshiness of the vegetable. At biological maturity, the fruits turn dark red, expanding their culinary and decorative applications.

SINILGA plants are medium-maturing, reaching a height of 60-70 cm and featuring characteristic purple internodes. High yield and stable fruiting make this variety attractive for cultivation both in open ground and under greenhouse conditions. Sowing seedlings is recommended in February-March, and transplanting into the ground — in May-June, with an optimal planting scheme of 50x35 cm. Harvesting is possible from July to September, allowing for fresh fruit availability over an extended period.

SINILGA pepper is distinguished by excellent taste qualities: the fruits are sweet, juicy, and aromatic, making them ideal for fresh consumption as well as for diverse culinary processing, including canning, freezing, and stuffing. Thanks to their thick walls and large size, this variety is perfect for preparing various dishes and salads, adding vibrant color and health benefits due to its high content of beneficial substances.
