Bell pepper COLE RIG

Professional Pepper Production with «Kozi RIG»

Moravoseed, a respected Czech breeding company, has developed the «Kozi RIG» variety specifically for producers who prioritize marketability and reliability. Designed for greenhouse environments, this variety is a strategic asset for farms supplying fresh produce to commercial networks.

Application and Market Strategy

The elongated shape of the fruit is a significant advantage for logistics and retail presentation. Packing, sorting, and shelf-display efficiency are key factors that make «Kozi RIG» a top choice for intensive vegetable farming. Practical application scenarios include:

• Phased Harvesting: Harvesting in the technical maturity stage (green) allows growers to enter the market earlier and secure revenue before the peak harvest period.
• Premium Quality: In the biological maturity stage, the fruit reaches a deep red color and optimal flavor profile, allowing for a premium pricing strategy.
• Transportability: The structure of the fruit ensures high durability during handling and shipping, reducing wastage and maintaining quality from the greenhouse to the customer.

Choosing «Kozi RIG» from Moravoseed allows producers to stabilize their supply chain in protected ground conditions, ensuring a high yield of top-tier produce that meets the strict demands of today’s fresh market.
