FISH'T

FISH'T pepper is a hybrid sweet pepper variety characterized by high yield and resistance to various diseases such as powdery mildew and ascochitosis. The plants of this variety are compact, reaching a height of up to 90 cm, which facilitates care and harvesting. The fruits have a conical, elongated shape with a smooth surface. In technical maturity, they are greenish-white, and upon full ripening, they acquire a rich red hue.

This variety is suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and in open ground. In greenhouse conditions, yield can reach up to 8 kg per square meter, while in open ground — up to 5 kg. The fruits weigh between 68 and 110 grams, making them convenient for various culinary purposes. FISH'T matures early, allowing for a quick harvest. Seedlings are recommended to be transplanted at the end of February, and into open ground — at the end of May.

FISH'T is widely used in cooking due to its sweet taste and versatility. It can be used for making salads, stewing, baking, and preserving for winter. Additionally, the fruits have good storability, retaining freshness for about two months after harvest. High resistance to diseases and pests makes this variety attractive for gardeners aiming to obtain a stable and high-quality harvest.
