Leek variety AM 30: Efficiency from Ataman Agrocompany

The breeding program of Ataman Agrocompany (originators: Ataman Agrocompany, Ramil Alikhanovich Badirshaev) focuses on crops that balance high yields with practical field performance. The AM 30 variety has become a reliable choice for professional vegetable growers who need a high-performing leek variety for commercial production.

The standout feature of AM 30 is its precise growing cycle of 90–100 days. In the competitive market of fresh produce, this medium-term maturity allows growers to effectively plan their harvest and supply chain, reducing the risks associated with prolonged field occupancy. For professional farms, this predictability is a key component of operational profitability.

Production Metrics and Crop Potential

The yield potential of AM 30 is a significant highlight, reaching up to 50 tons per hectare under proper agricultural management. This capacity makes it a strong candidate for intensive farming systems that prioritize density and volume per hectare.

• Commercial bulb weight ranges between 80–90 grams, meeting the preferred standards for retail and food service markets.
• The structural consistency of the plant supports efficient harvesting processes.
• Optimal maturity timing ensures that the crop maintains its quality, preventing overgrowth and loss of market value.

Ataman Agrocompany has developed AM 30 as a versatile solution that performs consistently in open-field conditions. By choosing this variety, growers gain access to a reliable product that mitigates the unpredictability often found in imported seeds. It is a proven, results-oriented choice for those looking to maintain a strong market position with a product that delivers both in terms of yield and final consumer appeal.
