Cinderella pepper is an early-maturing hybrid designed for cultivation both in open fields and under cover. The period from germination to technical maturity is approximately 110-115 days, enabling harvest within relatively short timeframes. The plant exhibits uniform fruit ripening and high resistance to verticillium wilt as well as other common pepper diseases. Plants tolerate high temperatures and temperature fluctuations, making this variety suitable for various climatic conditions.

Cinderella pepper fruits have a conical-prismatic shape with 2-3 chambers and wall thickness ranging from 5 to 7 mm. In technical maturity, they are greenish-purple or green with anthocyanin tint, and in biological maturity, they develop a dark cherry or orange hue. Fruit weight varies from 120 to 200 grams, ensuring good market appearance and ease of use. The pepper possesses a strong aroma and excellent flavor, along with high levels of ascorbic acid and beta-carotene, making it both nutritious and beneficial.
