BELLA VISTA — a medium-early hybrid of sweet pepper, intended for cultivation in open ground and plastic greenhouses. The time from emergence to technical maturity is 105–110 days, and to biological maturity — 125–130 days. The plant is strong, semi-determinate, compact, 45–65 cm tall, with dense foliage, which promotes good growth and yield.
The fruits of BELLA VISTA have a cuboid-prismatic shape, weighing 120–150 grams, with a dense skin and wall thickness of 7–8 mm. In technical maturity, they are whitish with a lettuce tint, and in biological maturity — red, smooth, and glossy, predominantly with 3–4 chambers. Due to their dense skin, the fruits withstand thermal processing, including grilling, retaining their shape and flavor.
The hybrid is distinguished by high flavor quality, high content of dry matter, sugars, and vitamin C. It is heat-tolerant, drought-resistant, and resistant to verticillium wilt, as well as many diseases and temperature stress. BELLA VISTA is suitable for fresh consumption, canning, and home cooking, possessing good appearance and transportability.
