Winter variety obtained by crossing the varieties Talgarskaya Krasavitsa and Doch Zari. Originator is the All-Russian Research Institute of Fruit Plant Genetics and Selection named after I.V. Medium-sized tree with a pyramidal crown of moderate density. Mixed fruiting type.
Medium-thick branches, straight, dark-red, bare, with many buds. Buds medium-sized, curved, conical, smooth. Leaves medium-sized, egg-shaped, long-pointed, green, smooth, glossy, leaf blade curved upward, base shape obtuse, serration fine-toothed, petiole medium length and thickness, stipules awl-shaped.
Fruits medium to above medium size, weighing 130-210 g, elongated-pyriform, smooth, well-formed. Skin medium, oily, with waxy coating. Color at harvest maturity: main greenish, covering red on a smaller part of the fruit; at consumer maturity: main greenish-yellow, covering red. Peduncle medium, curved. Calyx small, narrow, cup half-open, non-falling, plate medium, wide. Heart medium, bulbous, seed chambers closed, medium. Seeds medium, conical, brown.
Flesh cream-colored, medium density, tender, semi-oily, juicy with a small amount of granules, flavor slightly sour-sweet. Sensory evaluation 4.5 points.
Fruits contain dry substances — 12.8%, sugars — 11.6%, titratable acids — 0.4%, ascorbic acid — 10.1 mg/100g, P-active substances — 148.0 mg/100g.
Trees enter fruiting stage in the 5th-6th year. High yield. Harvest maturity occurs in the second decade of September, consumer storage period in refrigerated storage 120-180 days.
Variety characterized by high winter hardiness. After artificial freezing in mid-winter at -38°C, tissue damage degree of bark, cambium, and xylem did not exceed 1.1 points. Resistant to scab and entomosporiosis.
Advantages of the variety: long consumption period and good fruit flavor, complex disease resistance.
Disadvantages of the variety: under dense crowns, fruits become smaller.
