LYUBASHA is a mid-season, high-yield variety of root parsley intended for summer and autumn consumption. The roots of this variety are long, conical, white, smooth, and without lateral roots, weighing up to 120 grams. They have a sweet-spicy flavor and high aroma, making them an excellent choice for fresh use, as well as in dried and aromatic canned seasonings.

The period from germination to harvesting is 100-110 days, while the leaves are large and aromatic, ready for cutting already 40-45 days after sowing. The variety is winter-hardy and the roots are resistant to cracking, ensuring good storage and keeping quality. Additionally, some plants can be left to overwinter in the bed, where they will yield early vitamin greens in the spring, expanding the possibilities for using the variety in the winter-spring period.
