LYUBASHA is a mid-season, high-yield variety of root parsley intended for summer and autumn consumption. The roots of this variety are long, conical, white, smooth, and without lateral roots, weighing up to 120 grams. They have a sweet-spicy flavor and high aroma, making them an excellent choice for fresh use, as well as in dried and aromatic canned seasonings.
The period from germination to harvesting is 100-110 days, while the leaves are large and aromatic, ready for cutting already 40-45 days after sowing.
