Parsley Universal

The 'Universal' parsley variety is an early-maturing and high-yielding variety suitable for cultivation both in open and closed ground. The period from germination to maturity of the greens is 45-60 days, which allows for several harvests during the summer season. The plant forms a powerful bush with large, juicy, and aromatic dark green leaves, which quickly regrow after cutting, maintaining their taste qualities and commercial appearance. This variety is distinguished by its shade tolerance, disease resistance, and good tolerance to temperature fluctuations, making it universal for various climatic conditions.

The 'Universal' parsley roots have a conical shape with a pointed tip, measuring 20-30 cm in length and weighing 80-110 g. The flesh is white, juicy, and tender, making the roots suitable for fresh consumption as well as culinary processing, canning, pickling, drying, and freezing. The yield of greens reaches 2.1-3 kg per square meter, and roots reach 3.1-3.4 kg per square meter, indicating the high productivity of the variety.

For successful cultivation, it is recommended to plant parsley on fertile, loose soils with regular watering and loosening. Sowing can be done in spring, summer, and under winter, maintaining optimal distances between plants and rows. 'Universal' is suitable for use fresh, adding to hot dishes, and for winter preparations, thanks to its versatility and excellent taste characteristics.
