Leaf parsley of the «Sandwich» variety is an early-maturing and cold-hardy variety with a vegetation period of 65 to 80 days. Plants form a semi-vertical, powerful rosette of juicy, aromatic, and tender leaves of bright green color. This variety is characterized by intensive growth of greens and the ability to retain freshness after cutting for a long time, which makes it convenient for long-term storage and use.

«Sandwich» parsley is valued for its rich vitamin content and universality of application. Leaves are suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for drying, freezing, and canning. Due to its cold-hardiness and good preservation, the greens maintain their taste and nutritional qualities for a long time.

For growing the variety, sowing seeds from the end of April is recommended, as well as possible autumn sowings in October-November. Seeds are sown in ridges with row spacing of 15-25 cm. The plant develops well on loam and loamy sandy soils. After seedlings appear, thinning, as well as regular watering and fertilizing is necessary to ensure intensive growth and high yield of greens.
