«Talishskyi» is intended exclusively for the fresh produce market. Thanks to its morphological characteristics—long, wide leaves and a moderately dense rosette—the crop offers an attractive commercial appearance. The absence of anthocyanin pigmentation in the sprouts and the tender texture make it an ideal component for salad mixes, food garnishing, and vitamin-rich smoothies.
