Parsley Fidelio

Fidelio parsley variety from Enza Zaden is a high-yielding, mid-season leafy parsley with rapid growth and versatility for cultivation in open and protected soil throughout the year. Plants form large, smooth, moderately lobed dark green glossy leaves with a strong pleasant aroma, making them popular for fresh consumption, drying, and processing. The leaf rosette is semi-vertical, up to 60 cm tall, with sturdy stems lacking anthocyanin and weak leaf margins.

The Fidelio variety is characterized by high yield—up to 3-5 kg of greens per square meter, with leaf mass per plant ranging from 75-85 grams. Leaves are tender, retain their green color for a long time after cutting, and do not yellow, ensuring prolonged storage life and attractive market appearance. Seeds are small, with 700-900 seeds per gram, and the sowing rate is 0.6-1 gram per square meter.

One of the key features of this variety is its comprehensive resistance to diseases, particularly false powdery mildew and fusarium, reducing the need for chemical protection and promoting healthy harvests. Thanks to these qualities, Fidelio is an excellent choice for gardeners and professional producers of greens, providing a stable and high-quality yield for home use and commercial purposes.
