The bulbs have an elliptical shape, a dense structure, and an average weight of about 211 grams. The dry skins are light yellow with a brown tint, while the juicy parts are white with a greenish tint. The taste of the onion is semi-sharp, making it versatile for various culinary applications.

Zubarevsky boasts high yield, reaching 2.7-3.5 kg per square meter, and the maturity of bulbs before harvest is 96%, reaching 100% after ripening. 4 to 6 bulbs form in a nest, each having 3-4 dry skins.
