Shallot leek variety "Wisdom" is a perennial plant intended for obtaining fresh greens year-round. This variety is characterized by high cold hardiness and frost resistance, which allows it to be grown under various climatic conditions. The plant is of medium height with erect, hollow, and narrow blue-green leaves covered with a medium-intensity waxy coating. About five leaves up to 50 cm long and approximately 0.5 cm in diameter form on one bulb, possessing a semi-sharp taste, which makes them an excellent ingredient for fresh dishes.

Seeding is carried out in the ground from early to mid-May with a recommended planting scheme of 25x5 cm. The period from mass growth to the first spring harvest takes about 2-3 weeks, allowing for quick harvest acquisition. The yield of green leaves reaches 2.0 kg per square meter, making the variety quite productive. It is recommended to use the greens in a fresh state, which preserves their taste and nutritional qualities.

Growing "Wisdom" leek does not require complex care: the plant is resistant to diseases and pests, easily reproduces by self-seeding, and is suitable both for vegetable gardens and for gardens. Moreover, the variety is valued for its decorative qualities due to its beautiful flowering, which allows it to be used not only in cooking but also for decorating flower beds. The recommended service life of the plant is from 3 to 5 years, which ensures a stable supply of greens for several seasons.
