Onion variety 'For saj' is an early-maturing hybrid with round bulbs weighing from 70 to 90 grams. Its dry scales are brown in color, while the juicy ones are white, with 2-3 dry scales. The bulb has a thin neck with one or two rudiments. The onion has a semi-sharp taste, making it versatile for various culinary applications. The commercial yield of the variety reaches 179-203 centners per hectare, which is 15-30 centners higher than standard varieties Ellan and Halcyon. The maximum yield was recorded in the Stavropol region and reached 791 centners per hectare. Bulb maturity before harvesting reaches 89%, and after after-ripening - 97%.
