Bulbs have a wide-elliptical shape, large size, and dense structure, with dark-yellow dry scales and white juicy layers. In the bulbil, 5 to 9 heads form, each weighing 40-60 grams, ensuring an average yield of about 1.6 kg per square meter. The onion taste is semi-sharp, soft, and tender, without burning, making it popular for use in cooking - from first and second courses to sauces, marinades, and salads. The variety differs in maturity and high storability - bulbs maintain quality for 2-3 years, and under proper storage conditions - for 366 days and more.
