Onion URAL FAVORITE

Shallot variety 'Urals Favorite' represents a mid-early, large-fruit variety with round-elongated bulbs weighing from 60 to 80 grams. The bulbs have a dense structure, covered with golden-brown dry scales, and the juicy pulp differs in snow-white color and semi-sharp taste. One corm can form from 5 to 10 bulbs, which ensures high yield — up to 1.3 kg per square meter. The thick neck and dense structure make this variety particularly attractive for growing onsets in a two-year culture from sets.

The variety 'Urals Favorite' distinguishes itself with exceptional winter hardiness, withstanding a temperature drop to -20 degrees Celsius, which allows for successful growing in various climatic conditions of Russia. In addition, this onion possesses high storability — it is able to maintain its market qualities for more than two years without loss of taste and appearance. Thanks to its plasticity and adaptability, the variety demonstrates stable and high yields in the most diverse regions.

Recommended for growing in personal subsidiary holdings and garden plots. Before harvesting, the crop fully ripens, which facilitates storage and further use of the onion. Variety 'Urals Favorite' combines excellent taste qualities, high productivity and resistance to unfavorable conditions, which makes it an optimal choice for gardeners and farmers.
