Shallot «Khlynovsky»: Gourmet Selection

When selecting shallots for home gardens or commercial production, the «Khlynovsky» variety by «Ooo Npf Agrosemtoms» stands out for its consistency. Unlike standard onion varieties, this shallot is designed specifically for salad use, where delicate flavor and texture are preferred over pungency.

Why choose «Khlynovsky»?

• Mellow Flavor Profile: The taste of «Khlynovsky» lacks the sharp bitterness of regular onions, making it an excellent base for fresh salads and gourmet dressings.
• Expert Breeding: Developed by Npf Agrosemtoms and Viktor Mikhailovich Motov, reputable names in Russian vegetable breeding, this variety ensures high genetic purity and reliability in diverse growing conditions.
• Salad Specialization: The multi-bulb characteristic typical of shallots allows for a generous harvest of both tender greens and bulbs that are easy to peel and perfect for refined culinary applications.

Who is this variety for?

«Khlynovsky» is a great choice for farmers targeting the HoReCa sector and gardeners who prioritize quality over quantity. It requires standard agricultural practices, but provides excellent storage longevity and an attractive market appearance. Note that shallots are sensitive to excessive soil moisture, so choosing a well-drained site is essential when working with this variety from «Ooo Npf Agrosemtoms».
