Onion BELLO BLANCO F1

Bello Blanco F1 onion is a medium-maturing hybrid of white salad onion of Spanish type, developed by the Japanese seed company Sakata. This annual hybrid is characterized by stability and high yield, allowing harvest after 110-125 days from emergence. The plant has a strong root system and upright stem with a waxy coating, which promotes good growth and stress resistance. The onion easily adapts to various cultivation conditions in open ground and positively responds to standard agronomic practices.

Bello Blanco onion bulbs have a round shape, diameter from 8 to 10 cm, and weight from 150 to 250 grams. They are covered with a dense silvery-white protective sheath that reliably protects them from light during harvest. The inner layers of the onion are bright white, juicy, and have a sharp taste. Due to its high plasticity and resistance to major diseases, this hybrid allows obtaining high-quality produce, especially in southern regions.

One of the significant advantages of Bello Blanco is its long storage life — up to 7-9 months, making it an excellent choice for commercial cultivation and marketing. With proper care, including drip irrigation, balanced feeding, and pest protection, yields can reach 60-100 tons per hectare. This onion is not only highly productive but also consistent in quality, ensuring its market demand.
