Plum NR 7184

Working with the nr 7184 plum variety

When dealing with German breeding from Hartmann Walter, you immediately feel a different approach to agricultural technology. The nr 7184 variety is not a 'jack of all trades' but a specialized tool for those who understand industrial processing. In the orchard, this hybrid behaves predictably, which is crucial for harvest planning.

Operational and technological features

The most important thing for an operator to know: this variety requires careful attention to irrigation schedules and fertilizer application. Unlike table varieties, its genetics are focused on accumulating the solids necessary for canning, drying, or jam production.

• Yield stability: The trees demonstrate high adaptability to the European climate.
• Processing: The firm flesh handles transportation to the facility well without turning into mush under pressure.
• Orchard maintenance: The variety responds well to proper pruning. If the canopy is managed in time, there are no issues with fruit picking.

If you are looking for a crop to plant for a specific order from a processing plant, nr 7184 from Hartmann Walter is a professional's choice. This is not a plum for home gardens; it is a productive asset that requires an understanding of the technology behind industrial fruit varieties.
