PRILOUKSKA KARVONNA

The "PriLoukska Karvonna" mint variety is the first non-mentholic variety obtained through interspecific hybridization. It is characterized by high yield: green mass reaches 98.7 c/ha, and dry raw material reaches 12.6 c/ha. The mass fraction of essential oil is 3.44 %, and the content of carvone in it is 58.1 %. According to competitive testing data, the essential oil yield is 37.3 kg/ha.

"PriLoukska Karvonna" belongs to late-maturing varieties and differs in winter hardiness. Due to its resistance to rust, it can be grown in various climatic conditions without the risk of crop loss due to diseases.

The crop belongs to the group of essential oil plants (Mentha x piperita L.) and is intended for the production of high-quality essential oil. Due to the high content of carvone, the oil of this variety has a bright aroma and a wide range of applications in perfumery, cosmetics, and the food industry.
