Karamelka

Caramel Mint is a perennial plant with lush green, oval-shaped leaves with slightly serrated edges. The leaves shimmer upon touch, emitting a bright caramel aroma with notes of vanilla and fresh mint. Bushes are typically no taller than 60 cm; they are compact with upright stems, growing actively due to a well-developed root system.

During the summer, the plant delights with small pink or light purple flowers gathered in small inflorescences. The flowering period lasts from July to August and attracts bees and other pollinators. The fruits are small peas, but they rarely form.

Caramel Mint is widely used as an aromatizer for culinary dishes: in desserts, beverages, tea, and even in some sauces, it adds a sweet caramel accent. Due to its hardiness, the plant is easy to grow in sunny or semi-shaded areas, preferring fertile moist soils. This makes it a popular choice for both home gardens and decorative compositions.
