Melon SCAZKA

Melon Scazka is an early-maturing hybrid variety that ripens in an average of 58-70 days, depending on growing conditions. The plant has moderate vigor with moderate vine development, which facilitates care and bush formation. The fruits have a round-elongated or elliptical shape, bright yellow or yellow-orange color with thin skin, which may feature pronounced netting, especially near the stem. Fruit weight ranges from 1.5 to 2 kg, making them sufficiently large and attractive to consumers. The flesh of the Scazka melon is light cream or white, dense, juicy, and distinguished by high sweetness and rich aroma. Due to these qualities, the variety is valued for its excellent taste characteristics. The melon is well-suited for fresh consumption and can also be used for various culinary purposes. The fruits have medium transportability and storability, remaining fresh for 5 to 10 days under proper storage conditions. The variety is resistant to major diseases such as fusarium, powdery mildew, and downy mildew, and is tolerant to pests, for example, squash bugs. This ensures stable crop formation even under stress conditions. The Scazka melon is suitable for growing both in open ground and in greenhouses, making it a versatile choice for various climatic zones and agricultural conditions.
