The Anasia 3 hybrid (originator ASIA SEED CO. LTD, registered in 2026) is a mid-season melon variety characterized by its distinct elliptical fruit shape. To ensure a stable yield with the signature yellow skin, agricultural practices must focus on maintaining optimal temperature conditions during the fruit-setting period.

Soil Preparation and Planting

This crop thrives in light sandy loam or loamy soils with a neutral pH (6.0–7.0). Ensuring good root system aeration is critical, as the hybrid is sensitive to waterlogging. The ideal time for transplanting or direct seeding is when soil temperatures at a depth of 10 cm reach +15...+18°C. A recommended planting scheme is 140–160 cm between rows and 50–70 cm between plants, providing sufficient space for the development of the foliage with its medium-sized leaf blades.

Care During Key Growth Stages
