The Zadira onion variety is a mid-season variety with a maturity period ranging from 90 to 115 days. The bulbs have a round shape, dense structure, and a mass ranging from 80 to 130 grams. The onion has a sharp taste, the dry scales are brown-colored, and the juicy ones are white. This variety is distinguished by rapid bulb formation, which occurs approximately 5 to 5.5 weeks after sowing, allowing for a quick harvest.

The Zadira variety is recommended for cultivation as an annual seed crop. To obtain larger bulbs, seed sowing for seedlings is carried out in March, and seedling transplanting into open ground is done in early May. Direct sowing of seeds into open ground is also possible at the end of April to early May at a depth of 1.0-1.5 cm. Onions of this variety store well, making them convenient for long-term use.
