KERZHAK is a mid-season variety of onion (Allium cepa L.), characterized by a round bulb weighing from 60 to 80 grams. The bulb's appearance is distinguished by yellow dry scales with a brownish tint and juicy white inner layers. The number of dry scales ranges from three to four, and the plant's neck is thin, which facilitates storage and transportation. The onion has a semi-sharp taste, making it versatile for various culinary applications.

This variety is distinguished by high marketable yield, which varies from 115 to 360 centners per hectare, corresponding to the level of varieties such as Spirit F1 and Farmer. The maximum recorded yield reached 580 centners per hectare in the Moscow region. After ripening, the maturation rate of bulbs is 95%, indicating high quality and yield stability.
