Description MOZAICA
The MOZAICA daylily is a hardy perennial plant known for its long and abundant flowering. Its flowers reach a diameter of 13 cm, and an adult bush forms 20 to 30 flower stalks, sequentially blooming with 15 to 20 flowers each. The daylily prefers sunny locations or light partial shade and winters well without protection, despite its leaves dying back for the winter. Due to its resilience and decorative appeal, this daylily is excellent for border plantings, single compositions, or small groups in lawns.

Sowing MOZAICA daylily seeds requires prior preparation: seeds should be disinfected in undiluted hydrogen peroxide for 30–40 minutes, then dried. After disinfection, soak the seeds in water for 12–20 hours to swell and immediately sow them into moist soil. For germination, a packet with vermiculite and water can be used, with seeds germinating in 7–8 days when stored in light. Germinated seeds are planted in cups with peat soil and then transplanted to their permanent location.

Seeds are sown in open ground from mid-April to early May at a depth of 5–7 cm. In the first year after sowing, the bed requires weeding; in the second year, some plants begin to flower, while the rest bloom in the third year. With annual sowing, MOZAICA daylily will delight in flowering every year, making it an excellent choice for creating bright and resilient floral compositions.
