Daylily Fashion Lily

Professional Choice for Landscape Design

The «Modniy Vyrok» daylily is a standout selection from the M.M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden, designed for robust landscape performance. Standing 100 cm tall with massive 20 cm double blooms, it serves as a reliable focal point for large-scale gardening projects.

Operational Use in Landscape Management

• Structural Planting: Due to its 1-meter height and stiff, upright stems, this variety is perfect for the back row of flower beds or long borders. It maintains its architecture without the need for additional staking, saving labor during peak season.
• Extended Bloom Season: With a flowering period of 90 days, it provides long-lasting visual impact, eliminating the need for frequent replacement of annuals in your planting scheme.
• Winter Resilience: Rated for cold resistance down to -35 °C, it is an ideal choice for northern or open-field regions. This feature significantly reduces winter maintenance costs, as the plants require no protective covering even in harsh climates.

Cultivation Guidelines

«Modniy Vyrok» thrives best in full sun, which is essential to trigger the full potential of its double-flower structure. When planning your site, ensure a spacing of at least 60–70 cm between plants. This density is optimal for air circulation, which prevents fungal issues and ensures that the large blossoms develop to their full 20 cm diameter. By prioritizing sun-drenched areas and providing standard maintenance, you gain a low-input, high-impact asset for any decorative space.
