Fashion Lily is a double-flowered lily, one of the most low-maintenance and decorative perennial garden plants. It forms a sturdy bush with spear-shaped, decorative leaves that retain their attractive appearance throughout the growing season. The lily has a powerful root system with short rhizomes and fleshy roots that extend deep into the soil up to 80 cm, ensuring plant stability and good nutrition.
The flowers of the double lily are characterized by a large number of petals, which may be double or triple, and also have stigmas resembling petals. Flowers develop on the tops of tall, leafless stems, rising above the foliage, and come in a variety of colors and shapes. Flower diameter ranges from 5-6 cm to 20 cm, and stem height varies from 25 cm to one meter. Although individual flowers typically last only one day, due to the large number of buds, the plant blooms for an extended period — from May to the end of August, delighting the eye with up to 500 flowers per season.
Fashion Lily is frost-tolerant and suitable for cultivation across all regions of Ukraine. Its broad and long leaves can be either straight or arching, creating the effect of flowing fountains. Some varieties even bloom at night, adding to their unique appeal. Thanks to its low maintenance and decorative qualities, this lily will be an excellent addition to any garden, offering long-lasting and vibrant blooms.
