Margarita Lily — a medium-height hybrid variety, reaching a height of 60 to 80 cm. The plant features an early flowering period, beginning in July and continuing until August. Flowers are large, with a diameter of 12 to 18 cm, pink in color and without fragrance. The lily’s leaves are green, harmoniously complementing the vibrant blooms.
This variety prefers sunny or slightly shaded locations and thrives in any garden soil. Due to its cold tolerance (USDA Zone 4a, withstands temperatures down to -34.4°C), Margarita Lily is suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions. The plant integrates beautifully into landscape compositions, such as borders, alpine gardens, flowerbeds, and waterfront areas.
Margarita is supplied as a rootstock grown in a 9x9 cm square pot. This variety was developed by breeder Kinnybrue and was first introduced in 2008 under the alternative name Spacecoast Miss Margaret. The lily will be a wonderful addition to your garden, adding bright pink accents and creating striking floral compositions.
