Lilac MAY MAGIC

Growth Architecture and Aesthetic Value

The 'Volshebstvo MAYA' lilac from the manufacturer FANCA is a selective hybrid characterized by an aggressive biomass accumulation rate. In temperate climates, the shrub reaches a height of 2–3 meters, making it an optimal choice for living fences or dominant landscape accents. The rapid vegetative growth allows the plant to form a dense skeletal structure within a short period, which is critical for projects requiring immediate spatial coverage.

Genetic Potential and Floral Characteristics

The key feature of this variety is its bicolor inflorescence. From a botanical morphology standpoint, this is the result of sophisticated cross-hybridization, ensuring a unique petal contrast. The genetic material developed by the originator (Annabelle RABLAT, France) focuses on resilience against common pathogens. Unlike wild-type forms, 'Volshebstvo MAYA' exhibits high adaptability to various soil profiles while maintaining phenotype stability.

Technical Cultivation Recommendations

• Planting: Requires well-drained soil with deep groundwater levels to prevent root rot.
• Development Rate: The rapid growth during the first three years necessitates timely formative pruning to maintain the desired aesthetic shape.
• Design Utility: With a mature height of 2–3 meters, the plant works efficiently as both a solitary specimen and in group plantings, maintaining its decorative properties throughout the season.

Choosing a sapling from FANCA guarantees varietal purity, as verified by the patent holder. Utilizing professional planting material ensures predictable plant development without genetic deviations.
