Lilac "Marshal Biryuzov" – a medium-sized decorative shrub up to 2.5 m high and about 2 m wide, with an annual volume growth of approximately 30 cm. The leaves have a heart-shaped form, dark green, with a pointed tip. The plant grows quickly, reaching heights from 2 to 3 m during the first years.
Large lilac flowers are colored with a delicate lilac shade, and their stamens are bright yellow. Inflorescences form in conical or cone-shaped structures up to 30 cm long and possess a rich aroma. Flowering begins from the first days of May and continues until the beginning of June; during flowering, plants remain decoratively attractive from April to November.
"Marshal Biryuzov" tolerates both partial shade and direct sun well, preferring light, fertile, moist soils with high humus content. The plant is drought-resistant and frost-resistant down to –30 °C, making it suitable for use in landscape design, living fences, and urban greening. Thanks to good reactivity to pruning, the plant is convenient to form both as individual bushes and group plantings.
The final product is a universal decorative element, combining bright floral compositions, aroma, and resistance to adverse climatic conditions.
