PURPURE

PURPURE salad is a leafy variety distinguished by its bright purplish-green hue and decorative leaf shape resembling elegant cups. PURPURE is a mid-early variety; the period from germination to the start of harvest ranges from 20 to 50 days depending on growing conditions. The rosette reaches a height of 15-25 cm and a diameter of 15-20 cm, with leaf mass varying from 110 to 150 grams. The variety is characterized by simultaneous maturation, resistance to bolting and diseases, which allows for obtaining fresh greens for a long time.

PURPURE salad is grown both in open ground and in greenhouses or home conditions. For successful growth, plants require regular watering, weeding, soil loosening, and fertilization. The salad is consumed mostly fresh, which allows to maximize preserve its vitamin complex and crunchy texture.
