Elsol lettuce is a hybrid iceberg-type variety developed by the Dutch company Nunhems, intended for cultivation in open ground from spring to autumn. The plant has a medium maturity period and forms a round, even head weighing about 500 grams. The leaves are light-green, succulent, and possess pleasant flavor characteristics, making this variety popular for fresh market sales and salad mixes.
