The Choice for Quality Fodder: Brome Grass 'Kamalinsky 14'

In the market of perennial forage grasses, the 'Kamalinsky 14' brome grass stands out as a product of successful international scientific cooperation between the Siberian Federal Research Center and specialists from New Zealand (Claire Place, Motueka). It represents a generation of crops specifically engineered to combine high biomass yields with resistance to common agricultural pathogens.

Resilience and Agrotechnical Advantages

The reputation of 'Kamalinsky 14' is built on its robust health profile. The variety exhibits high natural resistance to helminthosporiosis and powdery mildew, which significantly reduces the need for frequent fungicide applications. This feature is a major cost-saver for farmers and ensures a cleaner, higher-quality harvest intended for livestock feed.

Key Applications

• Forage Production: The variety is highly valued for its nutritional profile, making it a cornerstone for long-term hayfields and silage production.
• Environmental Stability: Developed in harsh climates, the variety shows excellent adaptability to temperature fluctuations, ensuring consistent growth.
• Soil Improvement: The deep, dense root system of this brome grass variety contributes to soil structure stabilization and erosion control.

'Kamalinsky 14' remains a preferred option for agricultural enterprises looking for a predictable and sustainable fodder resource. Its combination of genetic disease resistance and high performance in the field provides the long-term reliability required in modern professional cattle farming.
