Majorca is a mid-early hybrid of cauliflower that matures 75 days after seedling transplanting into the ground. The plant has a powerful root system, which contributes to its stability and good development. The head has a flat-round shape and snow-white color; the fruit mass ranges from 1.5 to 2 kg, making it convenient for harvesting and further processing.

The Majorca hybrid is characterized by good self-shading ability, which protects the head from adverse weather conditions and helps maintain its quality.
