Cabbage Alpha

The Alpha cabbage variety is an early-maturing and high-yield Brussels sprout variety, distinguished by large white-cream or pure white heads of round-flat shape. The vegetative period ranges from 75 to 110 days depending on growing conditions, allowing for harvest as early as 2.5-3 months after planting. The weight of one head varies from 1.2 to 2 kg, while the yield reaches 3.5-5 kg per square meter, making this variety attractive for both enthusiasts and professional farmers.

The Alpha variety is known for its high resistance to sunburn thanks to good leaf coverage of the heads, preserving their light market appearance.
