Cabbage GRAFFITI

Technical overview of the 'Graffiti' cauliflower

The 'Graffiti' cauliflower, developed under the Semko-Junior brand, represents a specialized breeding achievement focused on combining high yield metrics with distinct market positioning. The hybrid's core structural advantage is its genetically determined pigmentation. The deep purple color is the result of a high concentration of anthocyanins, positioning this product firmly in the premium category for both fresh retail and professional food processing.

Biological potential and cultivation efficiency

From an agronomical perspective, this hybrid offers predictable results within moderate climate zones through several key technical parameters:

• Vegetation Cycle: Matures in 80-90 days post-transplanting. This medium-ripening duration allows for efficient planning of labor and harvesting equipment utilization.
• Head Morphology: The head features a compact, dense structure. This design significantly improves handling logistics and reduces damage during transport. With a weight range of 2.0 to 3.0 kg, it hits the commercial sweet spot for unit sales.
• Structural Density: The high density of the florets ensures the product maintains its integrity throughout the supply chain, minimizing spoilage rates.

The plant possesses a robust foliage system that serves as a protective canopy, shielding the head from solar radiation and heat stress, which is essential for maintaining color uniformity. In industrial processing, 'Graffiti' retains its pigment stability, making it an excellent candidate for the frozen food sector and high-end culinary applications where visual appeal is a defining metric. The blend of resilience and specific aesthetic traits makes this a reliable choice for commercial operations.
