Harvesting can begin as early as two weeks after planting, gradually thinning the crops to achieve optimal density. Thanks to this long growth phase, the yield reaches approximately 2.5 kg/m².
The leaves of this variety are large and deeply lobed, retaining a bright green color and possessing a characteristic mustard-nut flavor with a slight spiciness. Their aromatic profile makes sorrel «Lose Weight Tasting» ideal for salads, as well as a side dish for meat and fish dishes.
