DRAGON’S TONGUE

DRAGON’S TONGUE – an early maturing leafy variety of arugula (arugula) that reaches the beginning of flowering just 30 days after full emergence. The plant is low, with a rosette of leaves slightly raised from the base. The leaves are small to medium in size, strongly dissected, dark green and almost hairless, giving them a smooth surface.

The taste of DRAGON’S TONGUE is pungent, and the aroma is strong, which makes it an excellent addition to salads and other dishes. The plant flowers are creamy, and the weight of one plant is about 40 grams. Under optimal growing conditions, green yield reaches 3.5 kg per square meter.
